WHAT TO EXPECT
The guided meditation session will begin at 10:30am. However, the doors will open at 10am, so please feel free to come early to get yourself situated and to enjoy several pre-meditation activities that we will have available for you, including a saturation of light in the colors that connect to your chakra. Please bring with you whatever you might want to be comfortable. There will be plenty of chairs if you would like to sit; however, if you would like to take your relaxation to ‘cloud mode’ we recommend you wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, a pillow, a personal water container, a journal, etc. – anything you might want to aid in your relaxation journey. Andrea Brock (learn more about her here, and here) will be guiding you through the hour of connection with her singing bowls and vocal tones, while Marcie Albertson (learn more about her here, here, and here) will be bringing her expertise of aromatherapy to this sensory experience. We also recommend that you leave your phone at home, in the car, or at our complimentary phone check.
