Our home, America, is a mixture of different peoples and cultures, and this event is a rejoicing and honoring of that mixture. Join Anitha Baru, Firuzi Desai, and others in a joyous celebration through music and dance – including music from the Middle East, Puerto Rico and India coming together and blending with American Jazz music – and Garba – a traditional Indian folk dance that worships, honors and celebrates the power of the female in divinity. Be sure to wear your dancing shoes!
